Return policy
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us at info@adosh.com.au providing details including photos within 7 days of purchase.
We will verify whether you are entitled to an exchange and provide instructions accordingly. Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused to the address provided in the instructions email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No exchange or refund can be made for the products that have been used.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refund requests for change of mind.
